Here’s some of the stuff you need to know …

Vaccines

We require each dog that enters our kennel to be up-to-date on their Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. Furthermore, while the Bordetella is an annual vaccine, we would like to see it updated every six to nine months as this reflects the efficacy period in most dogs.

Meet & Greet Visits

While most customers want a meet & greet we actually require one. We want the pup(s) to have the opportunity to meet us and explore our facility while you are with them to provide confidence. We’ll take you on a private tour and we’ll insure that your pup is one that we would like to care for …. Cujo need not apply! LOL!

Collars

We require each dog in the kennel to wear a collar or harness …. providing us with a “handle” if ever necessary.

Boarding & Daycare Documents

When you come for your Meet & Greet we’ll ask you to complete these two documents and return them with your first stay. If you need copies they are here for you to be downloaded.

Drop-off & Pick-Up

Our objective is to meet your needs when scheduling drop-off and pick-ups so our first question will often be “When would you LIKE to drop Fido off?”

By appointment …. all drop-offs and pick-up are done by appointment …. we ask that our customers call a day or so prior to their drop-off date to schedule an appointment.

Deposits

We generally collect a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Should you have a need to cancel a stay, if you’re able to do it more than 14 days in advance, we’ll hold your deposit for you to hopefully use in the next 90 days from the date of cancellation. Should you cancel inside of the 14 day period your deposit will serve as your cancellation cost.

Payment

Your balance will be due at the time of pick-up and we accept cash, checks and credit cards. When credit cards are presented over the counter you will be charged a 3% convenience fee.
